Findus Crispy Pancakes Chicken, Bacon and Sweetcorn

How can you beat this tasty trio? A heavenly combination of chicken, bacon and sweetcorn coated in crispy breadcrumbs to create a delicious Findus Crispy Pancake.

Preparation

Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
  • Pre-heat oven and remove all packaging. 220°C, 200°C Fan, Gas Mark 7. 15 min.
  • Place on baking tray in middle of oven. Turn over halfway through. Cook until crisp and golden.

Alternatively, grill.

  • Pre-heat grill, medium. 12-15 min.
  • Place on base of grill pan. Turn over occasionally. Cook until crisp.

CAUTION: Take care when cutting. The sauce will be very hot
